6. Assist in tracking key site metrics—sales, traffic, conversion rates, and more.
Marketplace Support (Amazon, eBay, Tesco):
7. Help manage listings, pricing, and content across Amazon, eBay, and Tesco.
8. Ensure consistency in categorisation, copy, and availability.
9. Support with troubleshooting listing issues or implementing optimisations.
Content Creation:
10. Write or edit product titles, descriptions, and bullet points for all platforms.
11. Maintain high standards of SEO and brand tone across content.
12. Work with cross-functional teams to gather assets and product information.
Digital Advertising:
13. Assist with the setup and tracking of paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and Amazon.
14. Monitor budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
15. Coordinate with internal stakeholders or agencies to ensure campaign alignment.
Analytics & Reporting:
16. Pull data from various platforms (Shopify, Amazon, ad platforms) to assist in performance reviews.
17. Build dashboards and reports to share key insights.
18. Identify trends, opportunities, or potential improvements in performance.
Who We’re Looking For:
19. 1–2 years of experience in an eCommerce, digital marketing, or marketplace support role.
20. Familiar with platforms like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and Google Analytics.
21. Strong analytical skills—comfortable working with data in Excel/Google Sheets.
22. Detail-oriented and great at managing multiple tasks.
23. Commercially savvy—you understand what drives traffic and sales.
24. Proactive and hands-on—you like to get involved and solve problems.
Bonus Skills:
25. Experience with tools such as Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Hotjar, or Looker.
26. SEO or copywriting background.
27. Experience with Tesco or eBay marketplaces, or platforms like ChannelAdvisor.
