The Outlet Manager is the “face” of the venue, leading its personality and soul. He/she is responsible for supervising the overall operation and service standards of the outlets to meet and exceed guests’ dining experience expectations, as well as contributing to achieving set financial and other targets.
Main responsibilities include creating a Food and Beverage destination within Raffles Hotel Singapore, maximizing revenues, achieving financial and quality targets, marketing, confirming staffing levels, and conducting team training and development.

* Demonstrates excellent project management skills, including researching equipment, materials, supplies, sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, reviewing contracts, and quality control during all project stages.
* Makes decisions by establishing objectives, gathering relevant information, identifying alternatives, setting criteria, and selecting the best option.
* Develops plans, prioritizes, organizes, and manages resources to accomplish business goals within deadlines.
* Establishes, reviews, and adjusts service sequences as needed.
* Develops on-the-job training schedules in coordination with Learning and Development and Food & Beverage Managers.
* Establishes staff schedules in line with operational needs and regulations.
* Participates in strategic planning, menu engineering, and critique processes.
* Sets operating par stocks for OS&E and beverages.
* Establishes menu pricing based on market knowledge and costs.
* Creates and updates Standard Operating Procedures for the restaurant and bar recipes in Material Control.
* Sets minimum/maximum par stock levels for guest supplies.
* Creates weekly equipment maintenance checklists with Engineering and Housekeeping teams.
Qualifications include relevant experience, independence, organization, strong communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and proactive problem-solving.
Oversees daily operations, guest experience, team leadership, marketing, training, and other responsibilities as detailed.
