In this role, you will coordinate and deliver specialised care services to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring all needs are met with the highest level of quality and compassion.
Muston Road is a large traditional four-bed property providing 24-hour support to 3 individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities, complex health, and mobility issues.
Role
Working as a Support Worker means no two days are the same, which makes the role exciting! Responsibilities include:
* Personal care
* Meal preparation
* Monitoring, recording, and administering medication
* Assistance with mobility
* Accompanying individuals to activities like bowling, swimming, horse-riding, sensory rooms, cinema, and days out
