Operations Director / Responsible Individual – Children's Homes
Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 ( negotiable based on experience) + Excellent Benefits Packages

A fast-growing children's provider is on the lookout for Operations Directors to spearhead regional growth of high-quality children's homes across the UK. With new homes pending Ofsted approval and bold plans for expansion, this is your chance to shape, lead, and grow a cluster of services almost like running your own business
About the role:
* Lead a region of 4–5 children's homes, with support to acquire properties and build from the ground up.
* Real autonomy – oversee everything from property, compliance, finance, and Ofsted processes, through to welcoming the first child.
* Backing from a senior leadership team committed to best-in-class care – no corner-cutting, just investment where it matters for children.
* Child centred care.
We're looking for:
* Someone who has opened at least one children's home and taken it through an Ofsted inspection.
* Previous RI and Multi-sit leadership experience in children's residential care.
* An entrepreneurial mindset – able to take full ownership and drive growth in your region.
* Strong relationships with Ofsted, local authorities and commissioners.
Package:
Salary of between £70k–£85k (Negotiable) + benefit package tailored around you.
