Finance Management Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial reporting and process improvements, driving enhancements to the record-to-report (R2R) process, and delivering accurate, insightful financial information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead reporting improvement initiatives across the organisation
* Review and manage balance sheet reconciliations and control accounts
* Deliver meaningful variance analysis and financial insights
* Support external audit processes and year-end reporting
* Develop internal controls and maintain compliance with accounting policies
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to enhance reporting systems, processes, and controls
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified accountant with experience in delivering finance change and improvements. The ideal candidate will have strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL, as well as excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Proven experience in delivering finance change and improvements
* Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and SQL

* Proactive, solutions-oriented, and hands-on in your approach
* Line management experience is essential
