IT Support Officer needed in Rochford Paying £15.99 per hr ref 22402
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities
* Provide first-line technical support via the Service Desk, offering excellent customer service
* Log, diagnose, and resolve IT incidents and service requests efficiently
* Escalate complex issues to Technical Analysts where appropriate
* Carry out hardware commissioning and decommissioning (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
* Support Microsoft technologies including Windows, Office 365, and related applications
* Assist with the setup of user accounts, equipment, and system access
* Maintain accurate records in line with ITIL-based service management processes
* Support the delivery of Digital, Data and Technology services across the organisation
