This role is ideal for someone with a experienced background across multiple End user compute disciplines & solving IT issues, strong communication skills, and a collaborative mindset. Youll be working in a dynamic environment supporting conference rooms, laptops, MPS and hardware services. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain communication throughout incident lifecycles Manage refurbishment and deployment of PCs across AWE sites Provide support for conference room setups with advanced AV equipment Perform software installations, OS deployments, firmware updates, and patching Customize and test software versions, offering technical support Collaborate with onsite teams to resolve technical issues Offer LAN advice and troubleshoot incidents logically Network patching Learn and support new hardware systems proactively Align work alongside project plans Demonstrate initiative in resolving issues under pressure Support out-of-hours work as required (overtime available) Familiarisation of asset management lifecycle MPS break fix Essential Skills & Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service orientation. Solid understanding of EUS support models and best practices. Experience with HP/ Lenovo /Dell desktop/laptop hardware break/fix. Service Now experience Proficiency in Windows 7/10/11 and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with PC and peripheral hardware. Knowledge of MOD security classifications and guidelines. Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable Skills & Qualifications ITIL Foundation certification. SCCM knowledge and practical experience.
