We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Estate & Soft Services Manager to take the lead in maintaining and enhancing a large, high-profile business campus in West London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in facilities or estate management who is ready to take ownership of soft service delivery in a busy and dynamic environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing and continuously improving the delivery of soft services across the estate, including cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and car parking. Your remit will include contractor performance management (with a strong focus on KPIs and SLAs), compliance with statutory and ISO standards, and financial oversight of multiple service contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing soft service partner contracts and ensuring service excellence.
* Conducting estate inspections to maintain standards and ensure compliance.
* Managing budgets and financial forecasts related to service delivery.
* Promoting sustainability initiatives across operations.
* Engaging with external stakeholders including local authorities and transport bodies.
* Supporting technical and lifecycle projects alongside other estate managers.
You’ll work closely with a diverse operations team and play a key part in supporting estate-wide projects, health & safety compliance, and the overall user experience.
The Person
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* At least 3 years’ experience managing a large-scale estate.
* A strong track record in soft service contract management.
* A recognised health and safety qualification (e.g. NEBOSH).
* Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience with budget setting, financial tracking and service reporting.
* The ability to think strategically and act decisively in a fast-paced setting.
* A background in property or facilities management is desirable.

* Full-time, site-based position.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30, with some flexibility required.
