The school supports pupils with a range of complex needs, and we are looking for someone patient, nurturing, and passionate about helping every child achieve their full potential. About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will: Support pupils with a range of complex learning and behavioural needs. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and accessible lessons. Provide one-to-one and small group support. Encourage independence and positive social interaction. Support with personal care and emotional regulation as required. The Ideal Candidate: Has experience supporting children with SEN (particularly complex needs). Is calm, resilient, and adaptable. Works well as part of a team and has good communication skills. Holds or is willing to obtain an enhanced DBS on the update service. What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of £13.75 per hour.
