An opportunity has arisen within the Capital Projects Team for a Project Administrator. This post will provide support to the team in the delivery of capital and major service redesign projects across NHS Highland. Key duties include developing and maintaining systems for recording project information; document, diary and email management; and providing full support for meetings and events including the co-ordination of papers and minute taking. You will be an experienced administrator, self-motivated and used to working to tight deadlines, and competent in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook and MS Teams. Experience of project work and/or the NHS would be an advantage. Please be advised this role does not meet the eligibility criteria for a Skilled Worker Visaor a Heath and Care Worker Visa.
