Oyr client isseeking a highly motivated and experienced Block Property Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that all legal and financial obligations are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties, including residential and commercial buildings, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet all legal and regulatory requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure that any necessary repairs or maintenance are carried out promptly
