Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client in a fast-paced packaging manufacturing environment. This role supports daily office functions, coordinates between departments, and ensures smooth administrative operations across production, logistics, and customer service.
Duties:
* Provide general administrative support to production, sales, and logistics teams.
* Handle data entry, maintain accurate records and update internal systems.
* Generate and process purchase orders, delivery notes, and invoices.
* Consult with suppliers and customers via email and phone to confirm orders and delivery schedules.
* Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory management.
* Assist with all documentation, quality control records, and compliance paperwork.
* Coordinate internal meetings and maintain calendars.
* Prepare reports and assist with month-end duties.
* Maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures and policies.
Requirements:
* GCSEs.
* Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (experience in manufacturing or packaging preferred)
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
