Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team on a part-time basis (22.5 hours/week).In this role, you will:- Coordinate and deliver individual and group occupational therapy sessions.- Conduct assessments and outcome measures focused on the recovery pathway.- Participate in ward rounds, CPA meetings, and contribute to risk assessments.- Work collaboratively within the MDT to support patient progress and discharge planning.
