Brightwork are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to work with our client on an ongoing temporary basis to support their team during a peak period for the business.
Working office based within their busy team on part time basis with flexible on working pattern with hours across the week.
Duties will include:
Handling the department mailbox - resolving queries and reporting escalated account problems.
Log information and data accurately onto the internal databases and systems
Work closely with external contacts and internal departments to ensure completion of issues
Administer back office support for the team where required
Creating and updating reports for the Team Lead
Adjusting information on various internal spreadsheets and systems
The successful candidates will:
Have experience working ideally within an admin support role previously.
Be confident working with all MS Office packages
Have great communication skills both written and verbal
Be able to work as part of a team as well as independently!
Ideally have an ECDL or similar level of IT skills.
