Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers, demonstrating empathy and a strong desire to assist them.
2. Support existing customers with queries related to their accounts, statements, and online banking.
3. Deliver a high standard of service consistently.
4. Follow processes accurately and document interactions properly.
