We are looking for someone who has previous experience in recruitment management, branch development and sales. As Branch Manager, you will take full ownership of the Worcester branch, driving new business growth, client retention, and branch profitability through a high-performance sales culture. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating role requiring a proven biller who can win new clients, grow accounts, and lead by example, while ensuring operational excellence and compliance in a fast-moving temporary recruitment environment. You will have a full, clean driving licence and your own transport for travel between client sites.
