Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Doncaster. As a team member, you will provide personalized assistance and support to neurodivergent adults, helping them in areas such as skill development, personal growth, and professional success. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating individualized plans, delivering hands-on support, and maintaining accurate records to track progress. Collaboration with other team members and families will be key to ensuring a holistic support system for clients.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
Experience in planning, problem-solving, and time management
Ability to work empathetically with individuals from diverse backgrounds and needs
Understanding of neurodiversity and willingness to engage with neurodivergent individuals
Adaptability and creativity in developing personalized strategies for client support
Organizational and administrative skills, including accurate documentation and reporting
Relevant experience in social work, education, health, or related fields is an advantage
Training in support for individuals with neurodiversity, or relevant certifications, is a plus
