Job Title: Technical Support Engineer
Location & Flexibility: Tilbury - Full time in the office

Salary: £26,000 - £33,000
About the Job:
* Address issues as assigned by the Technical Support Manager.
* Conduct onsite support, installations, and troubleshooting when remote solutions are not feasible.
* Resolve support tickets and incidents promptly, adhering to agreed SLA timelines.
* Execute installations of infrastructure, computers, servers, and software.
* Perform daily checks on customer infrastructure, backups, and monitoring, taking necessary actions.
* Participate in various IT projects.
* Contribute to the internal escalation process by providing help and assistance to support staff as needed.
About You:
* Strong Microsoft Windows Server (2016, 2019, and 2022)
* Active Directory, DNS, DHCP Administration
* Experience with configuring and administering MS Office 365
* SharePoint migrations and adoption
* SQL Server Administration and troubleshooting
* Windows 10 / 11 administration and troubleshooting, along with Windows 10 to 11 migrations
* Antivirus (BitDefender)
* Advanced Networking skills - Switch configuration, diagnosing faults, VLAN, VPN, RADIUS (UniFi experience is preferable)
* Installation of Data cabling & termination
* Installation of Fiber cabling & splicing
* Installation of WiFi, CCTV, Access Control, AV & Video Conferencing equipment
* Installation of containment (cable trays, conduit, junction boxes & enclosures etc)
* Provisioning and configuration of UCaaS (PBX build, number porting, hardware configuration)
* Experience with PSA, RMM & Document Management tools (Preferably Autotask, Datto RMM, IT Glue)
