In this role, you'll oversee both internal and external customer interactions and project resources to deliver tangible benefits to our clients. Your focus will be on ensuring an exceptional customer experience, fostering client satisfaction and advocacy for MHR as reference sites. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage all migrations from ITrent to People First including planning, monitoring, reporting, budget control, revenue generation and communication to achieve successful implementations, delivered to the required quality, time and budget. Provide management, direction and development to direct reports, enabling them to fulfill the principle responsibilities and activities of their role. To ensure all team members meet required standards for knowledge and delivery against business strategies regarding legislation, product developments, methodologies and process improvements. Be at the forefront of new service development and new programmes of work within the team and assisting in the design, development, implementation & maintenance of best practice. Engage with new prospects and pre-sales as required in order to deliver quality bids and ensure that requirements definitions are present and can be delivered. To produce and maintain team and individual induction & ongoing training programmes ensuring new and existing staff are suitably skills and highly utilised within agreed timescales To ensure the highest levels of staff retention. Always maintain a high level of governance; ensuring that activity reports and stage gates task lists are completed within the SLA. Proactively keep up to date with relevant legislation. Maintain knowledge of company products, product releases, services, methodologies, policies, procedures and customers. Consistently deliver expert knowledge of MHR products and services. Identify additional commercial opportunities and communicate to the appropriate level. Accountability for your individual revenue and utilisation target and ensuring that these are met in line with the business plan. Promote a positive image of MHR at all times and maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and personal appearance at all times. Comply with all company policies and procedures.
