Neurodiverse School Engagement Lead - PINS (Wiltshire) - WiltshireJob IntroductionPartnership for Inclusion of Neurodiversity in Schools (PINS), is a groundbreaking initiative led by the Department for Education, Department for Health and Social Care, and NHS EnglandAs the School Engagement Lead for the Partnership for PINS, you will lead efforts to foster inclusive educational environments for neurodiverse students.This short-term role demands dynamic leadership, a commitment to diversity and inclusion, and the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders.You will oversee programme implementation, including promoting awareness, managing the governance board, producing reports, leading a team, recruiting schools, conducting needs assessments, and organising training programmes.You will supervise Neurodiversity Facilitators working together to meet the needs of schools. Importantly, you will work with the three Parent Carer Forums to ensure that family perspectives inform training. Base: Your base will be High Post in Wiltshire however, travel is required to cover the Wiltshire patch.This role is on a fixed term contract until March 2026.Main ResponsibilityRaise programme awareness among schools, partner organisations, and stakeholders.Engage decision-makers to advocate for neurodiversity inclusion in schools.Work ...
