Job Description
Our World leading client has several perm roles available for Mechanical Maintenance Fitters, ideally with recent experience of maintaining and repairing heavy plant and hydraulics systems.
Requirements:
Min 5 years exp working around heavy industry (Rail, Marine,
Min Level 3 NVQ or similar in Mechanical engineering discipline (preferred HNC / Apprenticeship).
Proven experience of working with (diagnostics and repair of) hydraulic systems.
Some understanding of electrical systems / motors and safe isolations.
Able to read technical drawings and schematics.
Experience of working on Cranes
MEWPS License NPORS or equivalent
Must provide their own tools - specialist OEM tools will be provided.
Full UK driving license.
Applicants must be able to pass a police check and obtain BPSS security clearance (so will need to be UK / EU nationals).
