Fieldcare Supervisor – Folkestone – To cover various locations on the South East coast – £14.61 per hour

Responsibilities
* Fieldcare Supervisors manage a team of colleagues to help people gain more independence in their daily lives.
* Develop and implement person-centred support plans, conduct care needs assessments, induct new colleagues, complete supervisions/appraisals, complete medication competencies and medication audits, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, complete reports, and assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of services.
* Regularly visit their services and spend time with the people we support; participate in the on-call rota (subject to service needs).
Qualifications
* Experience in a care management role prior to this position.
* Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
* Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds and challenging behaviours.
