We are seeking a professional and highly organised Hire and Sales Coordinator (Onsite) to join our team in Leyland. This is a key customer-facing role responsible for coordinating the end-to-end hire process and ensuring a seamless service experience for customers. About the role As an Onsite Hire Coordinator, you will take ownership of customer hire requests from initial enquiry through to delivery, collection and completion. You will work closely with customers via telephone and email while collaborating with depot, transport and operational teams to coordinate equipment availability and logistics effectively. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Your focus will be on delivering an efficient, accurate and customer-focused service at all times.
