Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver engaging electrical installation programmes to apprentices aged 16-19
2. Conduct workplace assessments and maintain comprehensive records
3. Design and implement innovative schemes of work and lesson plans
4. Liaise effectively with employers and college colleagues
5. Support apprentices' professional and personal development
6. Contribute to curriculum development and quality assurance processes

Essential Requirements
Qualifications
13. Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation (Apprenticeship or equivalent)
14. Level 2 English and Mathematics (GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent), or commitment to achieve
15. Recognised FE teaching qualification (DET, PGCE or equivalent) OR willingness to undertake with full employer support
16. Assessor qualification or willingness to obtain with employer support
Experience and Expertise
17. Substantial experience in the electrical installation industry
18. Proven teaching, training or assessment experience in technical subjects
19. Workplace assessment experience
20. Knowledge of Further Education sector and City and Guilds qualifications framework

22. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
23. Strong commitment to safeguarding, equality and diversity
24. Effective classroom management and teaching practice
