Hours: Full time however my client is open to this being a part time role for the right candidate – will consider hours that work around schooling however there will need to be flexibility to travel around sites, with some overnight stays

About the role:
Reporting into the Head of HR you will Support, advise and coach managers on performance and conduct issues, disciplinary, grievances, sickness absence management, and health and wellbeing, to enable managers to resolve matters effectively and consistently through informal and formal processes
You will act as a role model for others & will have regular exposure to the Senior Leadership Team so will have outstanding written & verbal communication skills.
Ideally you will have a background in Employee Relations & will be well versed in dealing with performance concerns, providing regular HR information to operational managers together with recommended HR actions and timescales to improve quality and/or effectiveness of people management.
What we would like from you:
* · 3 Year’s previous HR advisory experience, strong communicator and able to influence
* · CIPD, other HR Related Qualification or significant, demonstrable relevant experience
* · Expert knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
* · Good IT and administrative skills; Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
* · Driver and ability to travel between sites with some overnight stays
* · CIPD Level 5 or above
* · Operational HR experience in a social care environment
* · Able to demonstrate how to use data and evidence to make decisions
