This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and growing Learning & Development team and become the go-to expert for all things LMS. The Role: You’ll take ownership of the organisation’s Learning Management System, acting as the super user and single point of contact. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and updating mandatory learning across Regulatory, Compliance and Legal areas in a highly regulated environment. * Designing, testing, delivering and refreshing engaging eLearning modules in collaboration with SMEs, using Articulate Rise and Storyline. * Supporting HR with creative content for leadership development, personal growth and people management programmes. * Contributing to L&D modules for consulting services in the financial sector. What We’re Looking For: * Proven end-to-end LMS management experience. * Extensive experience with Articulate Rise and Storyline. * Strong reporting skills, ideally using Power BI. * Creative flair for developing engaging content; experience with gamification or AI in L&D is highly desirable.
