What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting individuals with day-to-day tasks such as shopping, cooking, and household activities
* Driving and accompanying individuals to appointments, community activities, or social events
* Planning and engaging in meaningful activities that promote well-being and social connection
* Encouraging and promoting independence and self-confidence in daily living
* Maintaining clear records and working as part of a supportive team
Who you are:
* A full, clean UK driving licence
* A caring and person-centred approach to support
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Experience in mental health support is desirable but not essential – we value the right attitude and a willingness to learn
* Must be comfortable working in an all-female service
