As a part-time, entry-level Reserve Soldier in the British Army, you’ll:

During your initial training, you will receive one day of paid holiday for every 10 days you serve and earn £63.27 per day. As you progress through our ranks, this will rise to £95.06 per day for a Corporal, and £106.73 per day when you become a Sergeant. If you meet your minimum training commitment (usually 27 days a year) and pass your annual Military Training Tests, you’ll also get a tax-free bonus
