Cybersecurity Training & Awareness Specialist

* Location: Hybrid- Occasional in office days in Central London
* Pay range: £450.00- £600.00 per day/ Inside IR35

This role is responsible for owning and delivering a defined set of cyber security training and awareness activities that help colleagues understand their security responsibilities and reduce human risk across the organisation.
The role sits within the Chief Information Security Office (CISO) function and works very closely with the Cyber Security Culture & Behaviours Lead, taking accountability for key training and awareness workstreams and delivering them end to end.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple activities at once, and turning plans into practical, measurable outcomes.
Principal accountabilities
1. Own and deliver defined cyber security training and awareness workstreams end to end, including new joiner cyber security induction and mandatory annual training, covering content development, refresh, delivery, deployment, completion tracking and impact measurement.
