I’m working with a well-respected firm in Crystal Palace that’s on the lookout for a Commercial Property Assistant or Paralegal to join their growing team. This role offers the chance to work alongside a highly experienced Partner on a broad range of matters for a varied client base — including developers, landlords, and commercial tenants. What you'll be doing: Supporting on a busy caseload of both commercial and residential property transactions Keeping files organised from start to finish and handling key admin tasks Liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to keep deals running smoothly Preparing contracts and documentation, and handling title reviews and due diligence Assisting with acquisitions, disposals, leases, and licenses to assign Managing post-completion tasks like SDLT returns and Land Registry applications Providing excellent client service and supporting the team with general BD efforts What they’re looking for: Someone with a background in property (commercial or residential) who’s organised, proactive, and eager to grow. You’ll be confident communicating with clients and professionals alike and have a genuine interest in commercial real estate.
