MCS Group is delighted to be working with an innovative Tech for Good organisation. With continued growth and exciting greenfield projects ahead, they are looking for a Senior .Net Developer to take ownership of key technical decisions and drive engineering excellence across the team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior engineer who wants to shape architecture, influence product direction, and work in a collaborative, mission‑led environment where your ideas make a real difference.
The Role:
* Lead the design and development of new product features using .NET, AWS, and SQL/NoSQL technologies.
* Drive best practices, coding standards, and high‑quality engineering principles.
* Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
* Take technical ownership across projects and contribute to architectural decisions.
You’ll Bring:
* Strong experience designing and building scalable applications in C#/.NET.
* Strong understanding of REST APIs, relational and non‑relational databases.
* Experience working with cloud technologies.
* A passion for quality code, problem‑solving, and continuous improvement.
* Experience with React or similar front‑end frameworks is advantageous.
