Job Title: Lead Clinician

Location: Red Kite School - Buckinghamshire, HP27 0JW

Salary: GBP50,000 - GBP60,000 dependent on experience plus GBP5000 Welcome Bonus (payable as one payment of GBP2,500 after one month and another GBP2,500 upon completion of your final probation period. T&C's apply)

Contract: Permanent, 52 weeks, 37.5 hours per week

We're looking for an experienced Lead Clinician to contribute to assessment and intervention plans for our pupils. This wide and varied role is ideal for those seeking a new challenge where you can have a real impact on shaping services and driving change.


About the role

The post is located within Red Kite School in the South East. You will join a clinical team facilitating MDT working, including Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy. The clinical team is embedded into the provision's structure, enabling effective multi-disciplinary collaboration to maximize clinical outcomes for pupils.

You will work within service policies and procedures, supporting future development and quality assurance within MDT and Clinical Governance structures.

Our clinical teams develop empowering environments where pupils can flourish, always prioritizing their needs. We maintain a strong safeguarding culture, ensuring pupils are heard, respected, and involved in decisions affecting them whenever possible.

Requirements

* Recognized degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC.
* Registered with HCPC and BPS.
* Experience supervising Assistant Psychologists.
* Previous experience working with children and/or adults with intellectual disabilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively with key partners.
* Sensitivity and conflict resolution skills.
* Relevant professional development.
* Substantial post-qualification experience with children and/or adults.
* Data management skills for service development and project work.
