Join our award-winning service as part of The Hive Library team!
We’re looking for a creative, customer focused person with strong communication skills to lead the coordination, delivery and evaluation of a lively and varied events and exhibitions programme. From author talks to academic workshops, from exhibitions to community festivals, you’ll be the driving force behind making The Hive a go-to destination for cultural engagement. You’ll be excited at the thought of reaching thousands of people with opportunities to engage in education, culture, well-being and more, at The Hive and online. You’ll have the confidence to build and maintain excellent and constructive contacts with a range of internal and external individuals and organisations who contribute to or engage with the events programme.
You’ll be the connector between creative ideas and practical delivery, ensuring that everyone involved is aligned, informed, and empowered to contribute. Whether it’s coordinating with the facilities team for setup, liaising with academic staff for educational programming, or partnering with local groups for community outreach, your ability to foster strong working relationships will be key to your success.
We value open communication, shared goals, and a spirit of mutual support — and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment.
