This role assists the Head Nurse in driving the efficiency, effectiveness, governance and continuous improvement of the clinical activities within the surgery. *Working Hours & Flexibility*
Our full-time nurses typically work a 4-day week, to support a healthy work-life balance. Each shift is 9 hours long and includes a mix of consulting, inpatient and surgical duties across the week.
Our weekend rota follows a 1-in-4 pattern.
