The Role
* Teaching Art across KS3 and KS4, with the opportunity to teach KS5 depending on experience
* Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that develop creativity and technical skill
* Supporting pupils with coursework, sketchbooks, and portfolio development
* Encouraging the use of a wide range of artistic media and techniques
* Contributing to displays, exhibitions, and enrichment activities
* Working collaboratively within a successful and supportive Art department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A degree in Art, Fine Art, or a related subject
* Experience teaching Art at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Strong subject knowledge and clear understanding of assessment requirements
* High expectations for pupil engagement, behaviour, and progress
* A professional, organised, and positive teaching approach
