Energy Expert (Part-Time)
Location: Leicester Hub
Salary: £27,976 (Pro‑rate) per annum
Hours: 20 hours per week (Monday – Saturday)

Job Summary
Join our Leicester Energy Hub team, delivering customer care, community support and sustainability. You will be the first point of contact for customers, provide energy‑saving advice and support sustainability initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers face‑to‑face or over the phone.
- Provide personalised energy‑saving advice to help reduce usage, lower bills and shrink carbon footprints.
- Introduce customers to innovative, eco‑conscious products and services.
- Use the in‑house CRM system to resolve queries efficiently and translate technical information into everyday language.
- Act as a sustainability ambassador, collaborating with local charities and organisations through Utilita Giving.
- Lead local green initiatives and work closely with the team to inspire community participation.
