Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and control quality documentation, including procedures, inspection records and reports.
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure all quality records are accurate, up to date and stored in line with company requirements.
* Conduct regular reviews of quality assurance policies, updating procedures as necessary to reflect best practices.
* Where required provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance procedures and compliance requirements.
* Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
* Assist in Analysing quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and areas for improvement.
* Track and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
* Maintain customer complaint logs and support investigation processes.
* Assist with internal quality audits and follow-up actions.
* Ensure non-conformance reports are logged and managed effectively.
* Coordinate calibration records where required
Essential Criteria
* Previous experience within an administrative role (in a quality or manufacturing environment would be desirable).
* Strong organisational and document control skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* I.T. Literate - Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Good, Clear Communication Skills (written & verbal).
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
* Be proactive and solutions focused.
Desirable Criteria
* Thorough understanding of current BS EN ISO 9001 specification requirements
* Experience working within a Quality Management System.
* Knowledge of Pharmacutical wholesale processes.
