Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Property Manager: Deposit Specialist)
Location: Gateshead
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:45am – 5:30pm (1 hour lunch); plus 1 Saturday every 4 weeks, 9am – 1pm

Role Overview
We seek an energetic and enthusiastic customer service specialist, ideally with a background in property or eager to start a career in the industry. Our Property Managers play a vital role in ensuring our landlord and tenant customers have a positive experience throughout their tenancy.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of tenancies, acting as the main contact for tenants and landlords at end of tenancy.
* Arrange and coordinate end-of-tenancy check-out appointments.
* Review inventories and check-out reports to identify tenant liabilities.
* Negotiate deductions within legislative timescales.
* Identify maintenance or improvement needs to keep properties in good condition.
* Collaborate with branch colleagues to facilitate new tenancies.
* Communicate promptly and courteously with landlords, tenants, contractors, and internal teams.
* Provide excellent customer service to promote retention and re-letting.
* Support team members and meet deadlines and KPIs.
Requirements
Possess a good knowledge of lettings legislation, tenancy agreements, and landlord contracts. Full training will be provided to support your development.
