Job Description
We currently have an opportunity for a Production Line Leader at our site in Desborough, this is a key role ensuring that the Production Line maximises utilisation and the production lines to ensure safe, efficient operation, meeting daily targets and quality standards
The role is a permanent full time role working Monday to Friday rotating shifts (06:00 - 14:00 and 14:00 - 22:00)
Salary: £31,398.96
1. Reporting and communicating all issues affecting Production effectively.
2. Ensuring that all finished products and donor stocks always maintain their traceability and in accordance with the Culina IPS Production and Quality Procedures
3. Effectively motivating a team of people to meet production targets.
4. Ensuring the final product meets client specifications (SPI)
5. Effectively maximising production efficiency, to ensure plans are met on a hourly/daily basis
