Freshnest Go is a modern local service in Benfleet – think of it like Uber, but for cleaning and gardening. Create your own schedule – just flexible work that fits your life.
We provide home cleaning and gardening services across the area, and we're building a team of reliable people who take pride in their work.
The Role:
We're looking for friendly, trustworthy GARDENERS to join our growing team. You don't need loads of experience – just a good passion and ttitude, an eye for detail, and respect for people's property.
What You'll Do:
* Do basic gardening as lawn mowing, leave removal, hedge trimming etc.
* Respect customers' privacy and handle their homes with care.
* Travel directly to each job (we cover mileage).
Pay & Perks:
* £12.50–£15 per hour (depending on experience and timing).
* 45p per mile travel allowance.
* Extra 5 minutes pay for every job to help cover arriving on time.

* Attention to detail and pride in results.
* Previous gardening experience is a bonus but not essential.
* Must be able to travel to jobs with equipment in and around Benfleet.
Legal & Insurance
* You are self-employed — not an employee of Fresh Nest Go.
* You handle your own tax and National Insurance.
* Our insurance covers third-party issues (like if something gets damaged at a customer's home).
* It doesn't cover personal injury or loss of income — so please work safely.
* Before starting, we'll need:
* A valid DBS check
* Proof you're legally allowed to work in the UK
How It Works:
* You set your own availability inside our booking system.
* Customers can book you weeks ahead, or even the same day if your calendar is open.
* If you want, you can sync with Google Calendar so everything lines up automatically.
* If something changes, give us notice (ideally 24 hours)
