Job Description
Are you an experienced Business Process Improvement Specialist with strong analytical and solution-finding skills? Do you have experience with process improvement or business analytics? If so, we want you to be part of the SHL Team! As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will identify process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement within a SaaS environment.

What you will be doing:
* Review our delivery engine for opportunities to enhance knowledge and efficiencies in a SaaS environment.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and identify pain points.
* Assess business processes and workflows to find gaps and opportunities for optimization.
* Plan and manage delivery projects.
* Utilize data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to present insights.
* Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs for process monitoring.
* Implement risk management strategies to ensure quality across projects.
What we are looking for:
Essential:
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, process improvement, or business analytics, preferably in a SaaS setting.
* Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
* Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, BPM software).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of automation tools (Power Automate, Python, RPA).
* Experience with Python for data analysis.
* Understanding of machine learning or predictive analytics.
* Familiarity with BPM methodologies.
