Overview
Our US financial tech MSP client wishes to employ an IT Support Engineer to contribute to the operation of their client's IT services.
As an IT Support Engineer, you'll resolve escalated tickets for their clients' IT infrastructure. This will include Windows, Emails, SharePoint, Exchange, Servers, Networks, WiFi, and providing support for cloud services (M365/Azure) etc, and helping with Windows 10 to 11 upgrades.
Requirements
6. Strong IT support experience
7. Time spent in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
8. Strong skills in email support and conditional access policies.
9. Good knowledge of the Microsoft, Windows technologies
