We are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and welcoming school in the Cheltenham area from September. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom, supporting students across various key stages.
Responsibilities:

Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities
*
Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who need additional support
*
Helping to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
*
Managing behaviour in line with school policies
*
Supporting children with additional needs (if required)
Requirements:
*
Experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting
*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*
A calm, patient and proactive approach
*
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
