Salary and hours: Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 per hour, increasing to £13.66 for stores within the M25. New colleagues are offered a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week; roles with fewer hours (minimum of 12) are also available.

* Being aware of store performance and collaborating to drive service and sales, reduce waste, shrinkage, and deliver profit.

* Occasionally accepting deliveries into the store.
