Here at Human Appeal, we have an exciting opportunity for an OCW Data and Fund Manager to join our team based in Cheadle, Greater Manchester. The role will require you to be in the office full time. You will join us on a full-time basis as part of an initial 1-year term. In return, you will receive a salary between £39,950 to £54,050 per annum, dependent on experience.

Role Overview
As OCW Data and Fund Manager, the successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the Orphan and Child Welfare (OCW) program. This includes overseeing key operational processes, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, maintaining alignment with program objectives, and supporting the improvement of the orphan sponsorship methodology. The role involves drafting and securing timely signing of Funding Agreements, monitoring internal processes for compliance, conducting regular checks on termination submissions, maintaining data quality in Salesforce, and managing the sponsorship termination process to minimize financial impact and optimize performance. This position is critical in enhancing the overall effectiveness of OCW initiatives. Immediate appointment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the main contact for the Orphan Sponsorship Programme regarding data and funding processes across departments and regional offices.
2. Achieve annual growth in donor acquisition and retention.
3. Ensure accurate and timely data entry, validation, and reconciliation in Salesforce.
4. Manage the sponsorship termination process, identify patterns, and work to reduce terminations to lessen financial impact.
5. Monitor Salesforce for priority cases, communicate with regional offices, and provide coaching to staff.
6. Contribute to budgeting, ensure quarterly funding agreements are in place, and reconcile expenditures.
7. Deliver at least two comprehensive donor reports annually to foster engagement and retention.
8. Ensure timely signing of Funding Agreements by regional and field offices and proper transfer of funds.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of programming languages like Python, Java, Scala is an advantage.
* Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a bonus.
