Overview
A highly successful and growing firm of chartered accountants near Radstock is seeking a Senior Manager or Director to join their firm as a key addition. You will work across all aspects of accounts and tax service provision within a growing division, managing teams and working closely with the Partners as key, right-hand support with a clear progression path on offer.
Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for a portfolio of clients, overseeing the provision of all-round accounting, tax compliance and wider advisory work.
* Lead and develop a wider team of managerial, qualified and trainee staff, working closely with Partners.
* Contribute to the growth and expansion of this sector of the firm, with a clear progression and development path for the right candidate.
Profile/Qualifications
* Qualified across ACA, ACCA and/or CTA.
* Career background in a UK large national firm and/or a regional independent firm of any size.
* At least an experienced Senior Manager or Director level professional.
* Demonstrable technical expertise with client-facing, business development abilities and a clear aptitude to progress within the firm.
Job Offer
