Lead Maths Teacher (SEND)
Are you a Maths Teacher, with experience in a SEND setting, keen to develop your skills as a Lead Maths Teacher at this independent specialist provision?
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons tailored to pupils with diverse learning needs
* Develop personalised learning pathways and support individual students to achieve their potential
* Plan, assess and report on pupils' progress in line with national standards and internal policies
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, homework, assessments, and progress
* Lead curriculum development for Mathematics in line with Ofsted and internal educational frameworks
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and aspirational learning environment
Ideal Candidate Profile
* A genuine passion for working with children and young people with SEND
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a SEND or alternative provision setting
* QTS or QTLS is highly desirable
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A proactive and supportive approach to both staff collaboration and student wellbeing

Salary - up to £42,000 DOE.
Start date - as soon as possible (immediate start once compliance checks have been completed).
