A Restaurant Manager is required in Bury, Greater Manchester for this excellent restaurant serving Mediterranean inspired cuisine using locally sourced produce. You will be joining a very friendly team who are passionate about food, drink and fantastic service, as well as everything this restaurant is working towards. The interior of this restaurant is charming and beautiful in design and offers customers a lovely atmosphere to enjoy beautiful European inspired dishes created from scratch by the talented Head Chef.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing and confident. You will need to be organised and passionate about food, drink and excellent service and you will be looking for an exciting role where you will have a fantastic opportunity to push this restaurant team onwards and upwards. * Be responsible for ensuring a smooth-running operation and leading your team by example at all times
