About the Role
We are seeking an outstanding Military and Protective Services Lecturer to join our forward‑thinking college in one of the most beautiful parts of the country. As a key member of our successful Military and Protective Services department, based at our Bicton in Devon, you will play a vital role in delivering world‑class education.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of the Study Programme(s), ensuring a positive and enriching experience for all learners to help them reach their full potential. Working closely with the CAM, you will be responsible for the entire learner journey, from initial marketing and guidance to successful progression, careers advice, achievement tracking, and programme design, all while maintaining consistently high standards of teaching, learning, and assessment.
Skills & Experience
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with a strong interest in all aspects of the Military and Protective Services (MAPs) to support the development of our learners and courses. Our MAPs programmes have an outstanding reputation across the South West, and we need someone with the drive and ambition to build on this success and further strengthen our department.

Hours of Work
Working hours are Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as required.
