THE ROLE
As Senior Brand Manager / Marketing Manager on the Baby Team, you won't just execute — you'll lead, shape, and own one of ZURU's most exciting verticals. From global campaigns to local activations, product launches to influencer strategy, this is a 360° marketing role with genuine global reach and visibility.
What you'll own:
* Global Brand Leadership — Drive global Baby initiatives hand-in-hand with the Marketing Director, while owning local market strategy end-to-end
* Multi-Channel Campaign Execution — Lead launches across paid media, digital, PR, influencer, and retail — all aligned, all high-impact
* Digital Performance — Partner with the internal Digital Marketing team to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI
* Influencer Marketing at Scale — Lead large-scale seeding campaigns from outreach to delivery, in collaboration with the global influencer team
* Retail Partnership Management — Serve as the key contact for major retail partners, driving retail media activation and managing listings
* PR & Events — Brief agencies, manage editorial features, activations, and experiential marketing that makes noise in market
* Budget & Reporting Ownership — Track marketing and paid media budgets, deliver bi-monthly stakeholder updates, and lead post-campaign insights that sharpen future strategy
* Operational Excellence — Oversee stock management, customer service coordination, and invoice processing with precision

* A high-energy, proactive marketer with 4–8 years of brand marketing experience — in-house, FMCG, or agency
* Seasoned across 360° marketing, retail, influencer, and campaign management
* Someone who thinks strategically but executes relentlessly — always asking why and pushing ideas further
* A natural collaborator who elevates the team around them and thrives in a fast-paced, ambitious environment
* Organised under pressure, with sharp prioritisation skills and a genuine can-do attitude
